Ciao, amici! Today is all about my (or I guess, D.L. Cross’s) Astral Conspiracy series. I’m honored to share two reviews of the two stories currently published.
First, do you follow Marcia Meara? Marcia has one of the most generous spirits I’ve ever encountered. She’s also a delightful person and a talented author. If you’re looking for a new blog to follow (or even if you aren’t), look no further.
Marcia is highlighting The Gate today. She’s kindly posted my cover, blurb, bio, and a fabulous review written by D.L. Finn. I hope to see you there.

The Gate was my first release in the Astral Conspiracy series. It’s novel-length and set in the not-so-distant future. The Scout is a short story side project, part of my series but also part of the Dark Crossings world. And it’s set WAY in the past.
Today, I’m honored that Joan Hall posted a review of The Scout on her blog. Do you follow Joan? If not, you should. Not only is she a colleague of mine at Story Empire, she’s a fabulous writer, a wonderful person, and a dear friend.
Joan isn’t a sci-fi fan, but I might be converting her. Maybe she can help me convert you, too. Check out what she had to say and let me know.

I hope to see you all at Marcia’s and Joan’s sites. Please take a few seconds to visit, leave a comment. Maybe share the post on social media. And definitely hit those follow buttons to show these wonderful ladies how much we appreciate them.
You are so right, Marcia and Joan are both generous spirits! Great reviews! I haven’t read SF for years, but now I have a few reasons to get back into it. Good luck, Staci!

They absolutely are.
It warms my heart that you’ll read an unpreferred genre for me, Julie. Thank you. β€

Wow, well done Staci on getting these two ‘out there’ and for jumping into a new genre so thoroughly. i’m quite a sci-fi fan myself so these are definitely on my TBR list. My offer stands – if you ever want to do a spot on my blog, just message me – I’d be thrilled to host you or your books!

Thanks, Jess. Both of these releases took my by surprise. (They were done early, so the publisher released them early.) I wasn’t prepared to market. Hopefully I’m more organized when book two comes out, and then I’ll happily take you up on the offer. π

So happy you’re pleased with the post on The Write Stuff today, and I loved Joan’s post, too. (Been there, shared that. π ) And thank you for such nice compliments, as well. Many, many people in the writing community have been helpful to me as a new author, so the least I can do is pay them back by offering support in return. Besides which, it’s fun!
You are welcome on my blog any time you have news to share, new releases, promos, and all that good stuff. Hope some of your friends will join us there, too, and between us, we’ll get the word out. Your alter-ego, D. L. Cross is SO deserving of the extra “air time.” What a great book! π β€

I was trying to give you some love for welcoming me to your site, and here you are, heaping praise in my direction again. And that’s why I adore you. Well, one of the many reasons.
You made my day, Marcia. Thank you. β€

I accept your gracious compliments, O Wise and Wondrous Friend and Editor, but I can’t help but toss a few back your way. I’m telling you, it’s a Mutual Admiration Society, for sure. π

Thanks, Harmony. That makes me happy to hear, not just because I’m glad people like that book, but also because I think the series is getting better as it goes on. I liked two more than one, and as I write three, I’m liking it more than two!

Thanks, Teagan. As both are by authors, they know the value of Amazon reviews and are rather diligent about posting there. (I wish all readers did the same!)
I was delighted with the response to both stories. Thanks for dropping by!

Congratulations. Convert as many as you can. I’m working on a bit of science fiction myself lately. I may pick up the short one for my vacation time next week.

Well, you’re already a sci-fi fan, so I won’t be converting you. But I will be supporting you when you release your sci-fi story. I’ve always enjoyed the genre and would love to introduce it to more people.
