D.L. Cross Visits Jacqui Murray with a #BookExcerpt from THE GATE #scifi #aliens

Ciao, amici! Sorry about the two-posts-in-one-day thing, but I have something wonderful to share.

If you’ve been following this blog for even a few months, you know I did something I said I’d never do. I started writing under a pen name. The reasons are long and varied and not the reason for this post.

The reason is my alter-ego (D.L. Cross) is at Jacqui Murray’s site today. I thought I was sharing an excerpt and blurb, but Jacqui surprised me with a fabulous 5-star review, too. (Many, many thanks, Jacqui.)

For those of you who don’t know Jacqui, what are you waiting for? She’s amazeballs. More specifically, she’s the author of the popular Building a Midshipman, the story of her daughter’s journey from high school to United States Naval Academy; the Rowe-Delamagente thrillers; and the Man vs. Nature saga. She is also the author/editor of over a hundred books on integrating tech into education, adjunct professor of technology in education, an Amazon Vine Voice, a columnist for TeachHUB and NEA Today, and a freelance journalist on tech ed topics.

In other words, not only is she generous with her blog space, she’s incredibly talented. Like I said, amazeballs.

I hope you’ll take a few minutes to visit us there and help me show Jacqui some love and appreciation for hosting me.

    1. Thanks, Julie. That means a lot. I think my writing was a lot better in Tortured Soul than it was in Bleeding Heart, so if you’re willing to say goodbye to the guys, the experience should be worth the wait. (And D.L.’s writing is pretty tight now, too.)

My TBR list is dreadful. I don’t know when I’m going to find the time to get through it, and I keep adding to it!
