Halloween through New Year’s Day always blows by in a whirlwind for me, and this year is no different. I won’t be online much this week. I have baking and cooking and cleaning to do to get ready for the holiday. We’ve decided to do a low carb Thanksgiving this year. I have mixed feelings about that. I know it’s healthier and we’ll feel better after eating it. But… I’m a traditionalist. I’ll miss the recipes we use every year because they bring my family to me although they’re one thousand miles away.
I’ll let you know how the healthy meal goes. Next week I’ll be back to my regular—irregular—schedule, so I’ll share the verdict then.
